Thank you for choosing Battery4Dell.com. We are committed to providing high-quality replacement batteries. Each product undergoes strict quality control and is shipped with complete accessories and fully functional performance.

From the date of delivery, all battery products are covered by the following warranties:

  • 30-Day No-Questions-Asked Return or Exchange
  • 12-Month Replacement Warranty

1. Warranty Claim Guidelines

All returns and exchanges must first obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

2. 30-Day Return Policy

All batteries come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may return the product for any reason within 30 days of receipt.

How to proceed:

  • Contact our customer service to receive return instructions and an RMA number.
  • Return the product according to the instructions, making sure it is unused and includes all accessories.

3. 12-Month Warranty

Service Conditions

Within 12 months of purchase, if your battery exhibits a defect not caused by human misuse, you are eligible for repair or replacement.

How to request:

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  • Contact us via our official email or the Contact Us page.
⚠️ Note: As a consumable item, battery capacity naturally decreases over time. This is considered normal wear and is not covered under warranty.

Warranty Procedure

(1) Contact Us: Click on "Contact Us" for further assistance.

(2) RMA Authorization: Once approved, we will send your RMA number by email. Please mark/print/write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package.

⚠️ Note: Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted by our after-sales team.

(3) Return Product: The RMA is valid for 30 days after issuance. Returned items must arrive within this period. Please provide the shipping carrier and tracking number when sending the product.

(4) Inspection & Solution: After receiving the return package, our technical team will inspect the items. We will process the replacement within 2–7 working days after receiving the goods.

⚠️ Disclaimer: For products outside the warranty period, Battery4Dell.com reserves the right to deny repair or replacement.

4. Phased Warranty Coverage

We offer the following after-sales solutions based on usage time:

  • 0–6 Months: Free replacement for damage not caused by human actions. We cover the shipping.
  • 7–9 Months: In case of a defect, choose a 50% refund or replacement (shipping at the customer's expense).
  • 10–12 Months: In case of a defect, choose a 30% refund or replacement (shipping at the customer's expense).

5. Warranty Exclusions

The following conditions are not covered under the battery warranty:

  • Batteries purchased from other sellers or platforms
  • Products beyond the 12-month warranty period
  • Damage caused by user error or lack of protection
  • Damage caused by fire, flood, war, or other force majeure events
  • Products disassembled or modified without permission, or without warranty labels
  • Products repaired or modified by unauthorized third parties
  • Natural degradation of battery capacity over time through normal use

6. Special Cases

  • Shipping Damage: Record a complete unboxing video. If shipping damage is detected and supported by video evidence, a free replacement will be issued.
  • Compatibility or Functionality Issues: If the battery is incompatible or defective, a return and refund will be arranged.
  • Recurring Issues After Replacement: If the same issue occurs again after a replacement (confirmed by our inspection), a 50% refund of the order value will be issued as final compensation, and after-sales service will be concluded.

7. Shipping Responsibility

① Shipping Damage: Covered by the seller

② Battery Does Not Charge:

  • 0–6 Months: Covered by the seller
  • 7–12 Months: Covered by the customer (contact support for exact cost)
