The battery could not be detected by my laptop. I attempted to troubleshoot the situation many times (holding down power to drain residual charge, removing and changing out the battery, testing other batteries, while peripherals were disconnected), but the delivered battery would never be detected by my laptop. I have wasted hours on this now when including the time I had to spend contacting customer service.
Overall, this was an incredibly dissatisfying experience.
