Customer service and product are both excellent - UPS delivery not so. I ordered the battery for home delivery. The delivery date was changed three times, and then I had to collect the battery from a shop more than a mile away because the driver claimed there was no one at at home when he called, which was absolutely not true. The shopkeeper told me it was a regular occurrence with the UPS driver. I was thinking of buying another laptop battery but not sure how far away I might have to collect it from next time!
